Description

It is built with a treated and cemented steel alloy with a hardness of 58 to 60 HRC; guaranteeing its precision.

It incorporates a bronze nut with a Hard Metal plate welded to its contact area with the tightening axis to avoid any wear.

The special and exclusive design of the mechanism makes it easier for the resulting tightening force (Fr, see image) to avoid lifting the piece.

Its high precision makes it an essential accessory for use in surface grinders, spot grinders, EDM machines and in metrology.
